Please read our  Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using Leads and Feeds Dog Training (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of all of our  Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with all and any part of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. 

 

Please note that payment for services also implies full agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect data from our Clients and use them solely for business purposes. We will never sell Client data, will keep Client details secure and will never share Client data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may also process your information for legitimate reasons associated with your use of our services, to defend or pursue legal rights or to meet regulatory requirements.

1-2-1 DOG TRAINING HOME VISITS

A Client is considered fully onboarded with Leads and Feeds Dog Training once the initial assessment and Dog Training Plan (whether by phone or in person) has been done by Victoria, a booking has been made and the appropriate deposit has been paid. 

 

A Client must pay the remaining amount owed on the day of the session unless a previous alternative agreement has been made between both us and the client via email. 

 

ADVICE 

Advice is only offered via our Facebook page/Group, other social websites or apps, or via email (leadsandfeedsdogtraining@gmail.com). Any advice offered will be generic, not tailored, and may not fully apply to your situation, therefore we always strongly recommend onboarding with us as a client so we can offer the tailored service.

DEPOSITS

The Deposit is included within your quote. Deposits for training sessions are non-refundable. Deposits are taken to secure your appointment and block out this section in the diary. If you cancel, we may be unable to offer this time to someone else and thus all deposits are unfortunately non-refundable.

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint or there is something you are not happy with please email us at leadsandfeedsdogtraining@gmail.com and we will be in contact with you. Please do not message us on FaceBook as these places are for dog-related questions.

 

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access to your account and our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation upon breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service at any time.

 

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

HEALTH

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are accepting full responsibility for the protection of your dog from the risk of disease. Please advise us in advance of the session if your dog has been in contact with another dog infected by a contagious disease or if they appear to be unwell (eg. vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, runny nose, etc).

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY

Photographs may occasionally be taken during training sessions. Such photos may be used by Leads and Feeds Dog Training for the purposes of marketing. If you would like a copy of these photos of your dog for your personal use, please let us know. 

 

Any verbal or written feedback (eg. by email or on feedback forms) may be used for marketing purposes (for example, posted on the Leads and Feeds Dog Training FaceBook page or Website). Only the first name of the person will be used as identification. If you are not happy for us to use your feedback in this way, please let us know. 

 

Photography and videography of sessions or parts of sessions is NOT permitted, without the express permission of Leads and Feeds Dog Training.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

​

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
